User Account
Your Account, including any information pertaining to it (e.g.: contact information, Account status, Account history and Subscriptions, etc.), is strictly personal. You may therefore not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, transfer your Account, nor may you re-sell, exchange your account or transfer ownership to another individual. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system that your account is hardware linked to. We are not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on StyxCore.com that results from use of your login name and password by you, by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision. StyxCore.com is not responsible for the use of your Account by a person who fraudulently used your login and password without your permission.
Your user account on StyxCore.com which grants you access to StyxCore.com services should only be accessed by you and you only; We don’t allow sharing of accounts between individuals if our system detects any user sharing accounts, the account being shared will be locked/banned and access will be denied indefinitely to the software loader.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription service from our website, the subscription will start when we confirm your payment and stop at the end of the purchased period; We do not freeze subscriptions. If you have purchased an ongoing subscription which renews at the end of every month you may cancel this through our store page so you are not billed the next month. Subscriptions may grant a limited non-exclusive license to use software that is only accessible to users of a specific user group, however this access may be subject to termination, maintenance downtime or discontinuation. In which case compensation will be offered. The downtime hours will be added back to your subscription.
Payments and Refunds
As our services provide electronic, virtual intangible goods, we do not offer refunds. You will not receive any refunds in case of partial or no use of the services provided, please make sure that the subscription you purchase is right for you. Once you log in to our software distributor, you will have received the full value of your subscription and will no longer be eligible for any refund.
Any unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, attempts to ‘charge back’ your account or refuse payments will result in immediate deactivation of your account, permanent termination and/or legal action.
Assumption of Risk Anti-Cheat Software
Some products or services offered by StyxCore.com may be intended for use on video game software protected by anti-cheat technologies. Some products or services may additionally offer support for such anti-cheat technologies. Support for anti-cheat technologies does not necessarily guarantee that any StyxCore.com product or service will be undetected on that particular anti-cheat.StyxCore.com is is not responsible for any damages incurred from using any StyxCore.com product or service on a product that is protected by any anti-cheat technology. Disputes or payment reversals are not permitted in the event that a StyxCore.com product or service is detected by an anti-cheat technology.
